26/07/2008 - 60009 "Union of South Africa"and support coach cross Whalley viaduct after taking the Hadrian as far as Hellifield from york to Carlisle & back.
Footnote to these pictures - I travelled up to Dent head viaduct to capture some shots. It was running early - and as I went around the Ribblehead to Dent Head section, it went through Blea Moor tunnel - evading me !
I thus chased it back to Hellifield for some pictures.
