176 views29/04/2012 - the whole cavelcade disappears in the direction of Carrog lost in a mass of exhaust mainly from the coal tank.

A very rare sight and one which I would like to see other galas attempt at the end of their galas !!

Well Done Betton Grange lads - 10/10 for effort !!

161 views29/04/2012 - The Cavelcade finally appears in very gloomy conditions lead by coal tank 58926.

The rain had finally stopped in time for this event.

I suddenly realised that the line would get clagged out with the exhaust from the lead engine and there was nothing I could do about it.
